Express Labeler is a Windows application for designing custom CD and DVD covers. There is a library of premade templates for generating music, movie, software and video game labels. It is important to note that Express Labeler is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.

Cover creation

After choosing the required project type users can view the list of included cover templates. Instruments for customizing the layout by inserting photos, geometric shapes and text blocks are provided. Moreover, there is an option to import images directly from a scanner.

Like in Epson Print CD, you are able to change the style, color and size of the font. All visual elements can be rotated and moved to better fit the design.

Printing process

There is support for a wide range of printer models from several popular manufacturers like Epson, Canon and HP. Users can configure the output quality and paper type. Additionally, some devices are capable of printing covers directly on the surface of specialized blank discs.

You are able to export labels to several image formats, including BMP, JPG and PNG. Resulting files can be opened in another graphics editor for further processing.
