Eat This Much is a Windows web platform that serves as your personal nutritionist. It provides instruments for building meal plans tailored to individual dietary needs, calorie goals and food allergies. Please note that the free trial version of Eat This Much will expire 14 days after activation.

Account configuration

After registering on the official website users are instructed to specify their dietary restrictions. Provided options include keto, vegetarian, vegan, paleo and Mediterranean. Moreover, it is possible to exclude gluten, eggs, fish, tree nuts, dairy, soy and shellfish from the menu.
