Dead Pixel Tester
Dead Pixel Tester is a Windows application that allows you to find unresponsive pixels on an LCD monitor. The utility is a diagnostic tool that helps detect faulty dots that do not change their color. It is possible to check your screen using several basic colors, as well as images consisting of various shades.
Diagnostics
This software does not require installation on the computer. All you have to do is run the executable file and choose a template from the list.
The application includes basic colors, including white, black, blue, yellow, green, red, and cyan. Users can also choose one of the images, such as circles or vertical stripes.
The utility supports automatic image changing on the screen. additionally, it allows you to select the refresh rate or manually switch between images using the mouse.
Restoration
By switching between multiple templates, you can find pixels that do not change their color or brightness. If they are not burnt out but simply “stuck,” the utility can help you restore them. To do so, please press the Exerciser button and drag the flashing square to the damaged area. By rapidly changing the color, the program allows you to “revive” the pixel.
