CyberCafePro is a Windows program for setting up a large internet cafe with up to 250 computers. It is possible to monitor and control every client from the server machine.

Configuration

After starting the utility for the first time you are prompted to adjust network parameters and other settings. Options for charging customers before or after the session are available. Moreover, you can specify hourly and daily prices for different client categories. This functionality is helpful for creating reward programs for loyal customers.

Monitoring capabilities

Like in HandyCafe, it is easy to access the desktop of any active client computer. Users can terminate web sessions, check the elapsed time and analyze hardware utilization. There are tools for exchanging personal messages over the local network.

Account management

You are able to create, edit and delete customer accounts. Additionally, it is possible to access historical data about any client including the name, email, total usage time, store credit and other details.
