BRAdmin Professional is a Windows software for interacting with office equipment from Brother. It provides a centralized console for configuring, managing and monitoring all connected devices. Please note that BRAdmin Professional is distributed on a commercial basis. There is no free trial version.

Device management

You can discover and set up all connected Brother hardware. Tools for viewing the current status of each device are provided as well. Moreover, it is possible to remotely update compatible equipment.

There are instruments for creating multiple accounts with different levels of access. Users are able to assign custom permissions for various functions such as printing, scanning and faxing.

Settings

Like in Brother Control Center, an option to manually adjust the input paper size, quality and color mode for Brother printers is available. Additionally, you can keep track of toner levels and view detailed descriptions of error messages.

Users are able to automatically generate detailed activity, error and supply level reports. This functionality is helpful for monitoring a large number of Brother devices over time.
