Blio is a Windows tool for reading e books. You can quickly jump to any chapter via the table of contents. There are instruments for synchronizing bookmarks and other personal information across several devices.

Reading

Users are able to add new books to the library by importing files from the hard drive. Supported formats include XPS and EPUB . It is possible to choose one of the provided viewing modes: text only, single page, dual page, tiled pages or 3D book with realistic page turning animations.

Tools for reading text aloud are available. You can change the default voice and adjust its speed to accommodate personal preferences. This functionality is helpful for listening to books while doing something else.

Advanced functions

There is an option to insert text notes, images or hyperlinks directly into any book. All personal annotations are saved separately and can be exported to create study materials.

Like FBReader, Blio allows users to quickly locate any specific word or sentence in a large text. Moreover, there are instruments for looking up definitions of unfamiliar terms and phrases online.
