Beneton Movie GIF is a Windows program that allows you to assemble GIF animations from pictures on your computer. You can draw on blank frames, add various effects and motion transitions, as well as configure different export options.

Similar to Pivot Stickfigure Animator, this tool gives you the ability to design GIF animations step by step. You start by adding frames, which can be either blank or from existing images on your PC. All items you import are listed in a timeline, so it is possible to select them for preview or initiate a playback of the current project.

Tools and effects

It is worth noting that this application helps you build animations, without any external files. By placing a blank frame you insert a canvas, on which you can freely draw. What is more, you have the option to paint on existing images. In addition, you are able to export specific frames to file.

There are various preset effects the program puts at your disposal. The first set refers to different color and image manipulation functions like flip, rotate, color blend, pixelize and blur. A second set may be used to create more diverse animations by assigning moving path and applying distortions, shrink or grow effects and transitions

Moreover, you can define the time limit for each frame or for all of them at once. Please note, you are able to copy items across the animation to make it easier to draw your own content. When the project is completed, export options enable you to save the resulting clip in AVI and GIF formats.
