Anti DDoS Guardian is a Windows software for preventing network attacks on your computer. There are instruments for protecting the traffic from IP, TCP, UDP and ICMP flooding. It is possible to limit the network flow number and packet transfer rate.

Main functionality

After starting the application it will automatically detect all open connections. Users can view both local and remote IP addresses as well as the amount of incoming and outgoing bytes. It is possible to forcibly close any connection by clicking the corresponding button on the main toolbar.

Apps like DoSHTTP let you test network stability to confirm the security status.

Configuration

Users are able to block suspicious IP addresses for a predefined period of time. The maximum number of concurrent half-opened connections is adjustable. Moreover, there are instruments for limiting the client bandwidth.

Flexible UDP connection parameters are provided. You can customize the ingress packet rate and change the warning value to fine-tune the DDoS protection layer.

This program contains tools for creating IP address whitelists and blacklists. Several databases of known malicious hosts sorted by country of origin are available.
