AlphaCard ID Suite is a program for Windows that combines card design, production, and database management within an intuitive graphical interface. It is developed for use in small as well as medium sized businesses and organizations.

Design ID cards

Boasting a diverse set of functionalities, the software simplifies the creation of professional ID cards with security elements. There is an integrated database for storing unlimited cardholder records. It is also possible to connect to Microsoft Access, Excel, and Text DB.

Designing and producing cards is a simple process, thanks to the step by step wizard. You can capture photos using any TWAIN or WIA compliant digital ID camera or device. The incorporation of design elements such as text, graphics, logos, barcodes, magnetic stripes, is accomplished within the UI.

Licensing and device compatibility

The application includes a single license and is intended for installation on one computer at a time. For organizations requiring the use of the solution on multiple PCs, an optional Secure USB Key is available. It allows you to move the license between several machines.

It is worth noting that the program is compatible with all PVC card printers. Presently, it is not supported on tablets or surface devices. In case you need to scan and organize business cards, you may try another utility called Cardiris.
