AirPrint is a Windows application for printing images and text documents. Full support for all AirPrint enabled devices is provided. It is important to mention that AirPrint is a paid program. There is no free trial version.

Main functionality

After installing the software users can search for nearby wireless printers and connect to a compatible device. All hardware has to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The Airport Utility app can help users troubleshoot potential communication errors.

Several finishing options are available. It is possible to create a queue from multiple printing jobs and execute them one by one. You are able to pause or cancel individual tasks. Advanced printer parameters are located in the corresponding menu.

Limitations

This program does not allow users to change the output paper size. The default value in the PrinterOn virtual service is utilized for all jobs. It is necessary to install a dedicated Printeron queue to modify page dimensions.

Please note that the default duplex configuration is only applied the first time the device is used. Additionally, you can switch between the color and black and white printing modes in the Settings menu.
