Advance Mass Sender is a Windows software for quickly sending emails to a large number of people. It is helpful for distributing marketing materials. You can scan the mailing list to detect fake and inactive addresses.

Configuration

After starting the program users are able to add custom SMTP servers and specify sender account credentials. It is possible to import mailing lists from external CSV files, Excel spreadsheets or Microsoft Access databases. There are flexible instruments for comparing email addresses and locating duplicate entries. Users can sort the mailing list by domain or region.

HTML editor

The next step is to type in the subject line and the message itself. The included text editor contains tools for personalizing the text by changing the font, size and color of the letters. Moreover, you can insert images into the message and attach files to the email. HTML tags for layout formatting are available as well.

Distribution

Users are instructed to click the Send button to begin the delivery process. All previously distributed emails are stored in the Message History section.
