Zoho Show is a Windows online platform that allows users to design informative and beautiful presentations. It contains instruments for changing the background color, customizing text blocks and adding images to the project. Please note that the free version of Zoho Show provides limited functionality.

Design process

After registering an account you can select one of the included templates or create a new presentation from scratch. Additionally, there is a large collection of sample slides split into multiple categories for easier navigation.

Like in Powtoon, users are able to automatically apply custom visual themes to the project. The font style and size are adjustable.

It is possible to change the background color. Instruments for inserting text blocks, geometric shapes, tables, charts and other objects into the page layout are provided. Moreover, you can add media files to the presentation. Supported formats include MP4, AVI, MPG, WMV, PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, MP3 and WAV. There is an option to record audio output from the microphone as well.

Collaboration

One of the key features of Zoho Show is the ability to work on the presentation with several other people at the same time. Tools for adding personal comments and accessing earlier versions of the content are available.
