Zimbra is a Windows software that contains a powerful email client. Similar to Foxmail, it allows users to combine multiple accounts. Please note that this utility is a part of the commercial corporate solution called Zimbra Collaboration Suite.

Email settings

After starting the application you are prompted to select the required email service and enter personal authentication details such as the login, password and connection port. An option to add several accounts is available.

There are flexible sorting and filtering capabilities for searching through a large amount of email messages. Moreover, users can create custom groups for easier navigation. It is possible to preview file attachments like audio tracks, video clips and text documents.

You are able to synchronize data between different devices. The update interval is customizable.

The program includes several modules that are designed to increase work productivity. Users can create task lists and share them with co-workers. The included digital organizer contains tools for scheduling meetings. Additionally, there is an integrated language translation module. It is easy to import and export data to and from various popular office applications as well.
