YTD Video Downloader and Video Converter is a Windows application for acquiring videos from YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo and many other popular platforms. Additionally, it is possible to convert downloaded files to multiple formats.

Downloading content

Like in Youtube Grabber, users can type or paste URL addresses to the main window for transferring online videos to the hard drive. The download quality and target directory are customizable. Supported platforms include LiveLeak, Metacafe, Yahoo, Facebook, Daily Motion, Vimeo and many other popular resources.

There is an option to download whole playlists. You are able to monitor the speed and overall progress in the Activity tab. Buttons for pausing and canceling the process are provided as well.

Conversion settings

This program contains instruments for transforming video clips and movies from one format to another. There are presets for various mobile devices. Alternatively, users can manually tune video quality parameters. It is possible to change the output audio volume as well. Checkboxes for deleting the original file after conversion and trimming the resulting clip are provided.
