WPS Office is a Windows office application that allows users to work with spreadsheets, text files and digital presentations. Supported formats include DOC, XML, PPT and PDF. A collection of document templates for various purposes is included.

Getting started

The utility provides flexible tools for creating and editing text documents. You can open a blank page or use one of the existing templates. There are multiple options for generating personal resumes, invoices, business plans, educational presentations, financial reports and many other types of documents. Please note that it is necessary to register an account on the official website to use provided templates. Both free and commercial options are available.

It is worth mentioning that the trial version of WPS Office will stop functioning 7 days after installation.

Editing tools

Similar to Microsoft Word, users can select any font installed in the system. The size, color and style of the letters are customizable as well. It is possible to align the current paragraph to any border by clicking the corresponding buttons on the main toolbar.

There is a large library of common mathematical formulas for inserting in your spreadsheets. Instruments for building graphs and diagrams based on raw numerical values are included as well.
