woodWOP is a CNC programming system for Windows developed by HOMAG. The centerpiece of the graphical user interface is the big graphic area in which the workpiece is displayed in three dimensions.

Capabilities

You have the ability to program routes, drilling sequences or saw cuts by entering the processing parameters and displaying the corresponding actions in the graphic. This ensures maximum reliability and constant control during the program design stage.

Formula assistant

The formula assistant component simplifies the creation of formulas. You can view, access and employ a variety of building blocks, such as mathematical functions, variables and conditions. It is necessary to mention that the formula components are highlighted in color. This makes it easy to understand even complex equations. In addition, it is possible to calculate partial results.

Templates

The software solution comes with a wide range of preset templates to make programming new workpieces easier. After you choose the basic form, you are able to fill order-related variable values and store processing operations. What is more, you can extend the library by designing your own templates. If you want to create custom models, you may use third-party tools like AutoCAD or Aspire.
