WebData Extractor is a Windows utility for pulling out information from web resources. It is helpful for creating contact databases and website catalogs. Users can extract data from multiple URLs at the same time with the help of the included batch tools.

How it works

After starting the program you can begin a new session by clicking the corresponding button in the main window. The first step is to specify the starting webpage and retrieval depth. Like in Advanced Email Extractor PRO, there are options for extracting emails, meta tags and phone numbers. The target directory is customizable.

Users can filter incoming data by keywords and configure advanced parser parameters. It is possible to edit the list of standard email and phone prefixes for achieving better results.

Connection settings allow you to adjust timeout intervals. Moreover, there is an option to reroute the traffic through a remote proxy server for bypassing network restrictions. The Start button begins the retrieval process. A confirmation window will pop up upon the completion.

Results

All extracted data is sorted by category. Users can open corresponding tabs to access the information. There is a button for exporting contact details to a text file for further editing.
