Vijeo Designer Basic is a Windows program that allows users to develop
operator dialogue applications for automation systems manufactured by Schneider Electric.

Configuration

This program enables man-machine interface projects to be processed quickly and easily thanks to its advanced ergonomics using up to 5 configurable windows:

browser;
object list;
recipes;
library of animated graphic objects and image objects;
report.

Moreover, the software offers a complete set of tools for various tasks like project creation, cross-referencing of variables and documentation of views. It is also possible to run the program in simulation mode to test a developed application.

Graphics editor

The graphics editor offers interface consistency for both simple and sophisticated items. You are able to create visuals using basic shapes, lines, polygons and curves, as well as texts and images. Additionally, you can add pre-configured advanced objects such as switches, buttons, indicators and others.

Object library

The library component makes the creation very efficient thanks to the numerous ready-made animated objects. It includes more than 4000 2D and 3D industrial vector images. You can simply drag and drop them into the workspace using the mouse. It is worth noting that you have the option to import custom items.
