Vectorworks Viewer is a Windows solution for working with VWX vector graphics. It maintains the fidelity of layers, classes and other design elements to ensure accurate image representation. There are instruments to pan, zoom and rotate imported 3D models as well.

Viewing capabilities

You can import VWX files designed in various versions of Vectorworks without worrying about internal conflicts or other compatibility issues. It is possible to toggle individual layers and classes according to specific requirements.

Basic measuring tools are included. Users are able to verify dimensions within the project, which enhances communication between designers and clients on sizing concerns. Similar to Planner 5D, there is an interactive walkthrough mode for exploring custom 3D spaces.

Markup and printing

An option to add personal annotations to separate objects is provided, helping you improve clarity in design decisions. This is especially beneficial when collaborating on a project with multiple team members.

Users may send imported vector graphics to the printer. There are flexible output page parameters such as:
