VCarve Pro is a program for Windows that provides a powerful solution for creating and cutting parts on a CNC router. Thanks to this application, you can produce complex 2D patterns with profile, pocket, drill and inlay toolpath. In addition, you have the ability to make designs with v-carving textures as well as import and machine Vectric 3D clipart or individual model files.

Import and edit

The software distribution gives you the option to import 2D designs from third-party utilities but also offers a full set of drawing and editing instruments. It is also possible to load multiple Vectric 3D models as well as other objects, and assemble them to suit your preferences. In order to create designs, you may also try such tools as woodWOP, VisualMill or SketchUCam.

Customize and control toolpaths

It is necessary to point out that each toolpath includes appropriate options to customize the settings and achieve a greater level of control for different types of operation. What is more, all toolpaths may be previewed to show how the part will look when it is actually cut. This allows for instant feedback to help you further optimize your project. Moreover, in the Job Setup dialog, you can pick whether you want to create a single-sided, double-sided or a rotary job.
