tsMuxeR is an open source program for Windows that allows you to mix different media files in a single transport stream. The main function of the tool is to create videos in TS or M2TS format. These types of files can be used for IP broadcasting or playback on various disc players. Alternatively, you may try Blu Ray Ripper.

File import and compatibility

This is a portable utility that does not require installation on a computer. You can work with it via the graphical user interface or command line. After launching the software, you need to add video recordings and audio tracks through the in-built file browser. The supported formats are:

AVI;
MP4;
MOV;
MKV.

Conversion and configuration

This application enables you to modify various conversion parameters. You can choose the bitrate and frame rate. The reverse conversion mode is also supported. This means you have the ability to split a single transport stream into individual tracks. Additionally, it is possible to add subtitles, choose the font and size of the letters.

It is worth noting that the program does not recode the original media files. Thus, the resulting files feature the same high image and sound quality. After the process is completed, you have the option to save the output file or burn it to a compact disc.
