TOSHIBA PC Diagnostic Tool is a Windows software for troubleshooting the computer. It is possible to analyze the CPU, memory, storage devices, graphics card, optical drive, display, keyboard and mouse. Please note that TOSHIBA PC Diagnostic Tool is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.

System information

After starting the program users can display the device model name, serial number, BIOS version, installed operating system and other information. The next step is to switch to the Diagnostic Tool tab and choose the items for additional testing. Selected components will be evaluated further to figure out their status and performance level.

Test results

Like in Everest, you are able to view detailed reports in the main window. Diagnostic information is presented in the form of a table for easier understanding. Moreover, it is possible to save the results as a text file or print them out for future reference.

There is an option to contact Toshiba for further assistance and technical support. It is worth mentioning that this functionality is available only for registered customers.
