Tongbu Assistant is a Windows software for backing up information from smartphones and tablets. There is support for both the iOS and Android mobile operating systems. Additionally, you can copy music, documents, images and other media content to the device.

Connection

Users are instructed to attach the phone or tablet to the desktop via USB cable. The device will be detected automatically. Please note that iTunes is required for interacting with Apple products.

Available content

There is an unofficial web store for searching and downloading mobile apps. It is possible to automatically update programs installed on the connected device. Large online collections of ringtones, stock images and clips are included as well.

Additional capabilities

Instruments for converting video files to the MP4 file format are provided. Moreover, you can create custom ringtones by trimming MP3 audio tracks to the required length.

The embedded file manager allows users to organize documents, voice memos, books, browser bookmarks and other data on the device. There is an option to create a full backup that contains all personal information like the contact list, SMS messages, notes and photos.
