Todoist is a Windows application for organizing your thoughts, planning business projects and creating task lists. There are tools for configuring custom reminders and attaching labels to individual items. Please note that the free version of Todoist offers you limited functionality.

Project creation

After starting the program users can add a new task by clicking the corresponding button in the main window. The next step is to enter the name and description. Instruments for setting a deadline, specifying the priority level and attaching current location data to the task are provided.

Like in EverNote, you are able to mark completed items to remove them from the list. Archived tasks are accessible through the main menu.

Extensions

This software supports a wide variety of third party plugins for expanding basic capabilities. For example, users can download templates for creating goal trackers, reading lists, sales pipelines, vacation plans and other types of projects.

Another helpful extension is the AI assistant. It suggests possible tasks based on the existing information and can be used for speeding up the planning process. The Google Calendar plugin is intended for integrating new items into your work schedule.
