After registering an account on the official website you can add employees and customers to the database. The next step is to generate a new project and customize its parameters such as the title, assigned workers and required tasks.

Similar to Cafezee, users are able to manually fill in contact information for all customers such as the name, phone number, email, website and address.

There are instruments for marking individual jobs as completed and automatically calculating overall labor cost. You can dock pay for missed deadlines and award bonuses.

It is possible to view details about all previous and active projects. Users are able to generate expense reports, project overviews and employee performance evaluation cards. Moreover, tools for extracting customer financial information and viewing invoice history are included.
