Time Adjuster is a Windows utility that lets you modify subtitles. It is possible to shift the timestamps for synchronizing text with video. Additionally, there are tools for repairing damaged TXT files that were downloaded via FTP in binary mode.

Main functionality

After starting the program users can import a subtitle file. The text appears in the main window along with the timestamps. There are options for joining and splitting subtitles.

An AVI video player is included. It can be used to automatically synchronize subtitles with the movie. Alternatively, you are able to manually specify the timestamps for the first and the last line.

It is possible to save the resulting file in a TXT, SRT or SUB format. To integrate subtitles into the video users can utilize MKVToolnix.

Settings

This software lets you quickly scan files for detecting common errors with encoding and text formatting. These problems can be fixed automatically. There is an option to display the subtitle information window upon opening a new file.

Users are able to turn off warning and info dialog windows for speeding up the work. Multiple interface languages are supported.
