The Print Shop Professional is a Windows utility that is intended for creating and editing various types of printing projects. Supported image file formats include JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF and TIFF. A library of clip art pictures, frames, borders and other graphical elements is included. It is important to mention that The Print Shop Professional is obsolete and no longer maintained by the developer. The installation files are not available.

Project creation

After starting the program users are prompted to select one of the included templates. They are split in five categories: celebrations, documents, advertising, stationary and other projects.

Similar to Adobe Illustrator, there are instruments for designing greeting cards, invitations, newsletters, brochures, certificates, resumes and family trees. Moreover, it is possible to quickly generate banners, signs, flyers, business cards, labels, calendars, CD labels, stickers and menus.

Editing tools

You can add text blocks, photos, geometric shapes and other elements to the project. This application provides options for changing the contrast, brightness, color saturation, white balance and other image properties. Additionally, instruments for rotating, flipping, cropping and resizing individual objects are provided.
