TEAM MANAGER is a Windows program that allows you to manage swimming teams. There are instruments for filtering the list of athletes by age, sex and performance.

Main capabilities

After starting the software users can create a new team or open an existing database from the File menu. It is easy to add new people to the list by specifying the name, gender, birthdate and contact details. Additionally, users are able to fill medical information, attach emergency contacts and leave personal notes.

Goals

You can set separate milestones for different groups of athletes. There is a spreadsheet with all standard distances, swimming styles and custom goal times. This functionality is useful for keeping track of personal achievements. You are able to export data to the CSV, XLSX and TXT file format for further editing in third-party apps like Microsoft Access.

Results

Instruments for entering competition results are included. Users can specify the event date, swimming distance and stroke style. The contents are sortable by athlete age, best time, team name and other attributes. There is an option to build a visual graph based on the recent results for analyzing overall performance.
