SuperPro Designer is a Windows software that lets users build and simulate multiple engineering processes. It is possible to generate profitability assessment reports, conduct environmental impact studies and perform other analytical operations.

Main purpose

This program provides instruments for designing, retrofitting and evaluating a wide variety of manufacturing processes. You can plan and analyze all engineering aspects of the project such as the equipment cost, required natural resources, energy consumption estimates, etc.

Like in SimaPro, it is possible to assess potential environmental impacts of any process. Users are able to calculate pollution rates and plan recycling operations. There is a massive library of materials, chemical elements, electronic components and other objects that are helpful for designing complex manufacturing operations.

Reports and charts

You can view inventory lists, heat consumption diagrams, equipment amortization tables and other analytical charts. Labor and material estimations are available as well. Additionally, there are tools for generating detailed cash flow analysis and throughput evaluation reports.
