Sunny Data Control is a program for Windows developed by SMA Technologie AG to evaluate and display information acquired from solar energy installations. It allows users to analyze data from multiple devices, including inverters, energy meters, and IO systems.

Monitor devices

The software can be configured to directly communicate with an inverter and a computer. This allows you to set the parameters of your system without a dedicated data logger. If you are using a Sunny Boy Control, it is possible to archive the collected information, evaluate and present it visually on the screen.

You have the option to remotely monitor your solar energy system via dial-up into your Sunny Control with Net Piggy Back. The tool provides an online display with color coded indication of the current performance of each device within your installation.

Comprehensive capabilities

Using this utility you gain access to a wide range of assistance functions for commissioning and parametrization. Thus, you can significantly reduce the amount of time involved in setting up and managing solar energy systems.

It is worth mentioning that the program enables you to export data for the presentation on the Internet. For this purpose, you may use the official Sunny Portal. To design complex solar panel installations, you can try another application called TSOL Pro.
