Spyware Doctor is a Windows software for locating and erasing viruses from the computer. It allows you to remove spyware, trojans and other malicious programs.

System scan

It is recommended to perform a full system check on the first startup. Located threats are automatically placed in a safe quarantine section. Users can delete dangerous items or restore them to the original folder. Antivirus signature databases are updated weekly and include all latest security information.

Similar to Comodo Internet Security, you can scan hard drives manually or create a schedule for automatic checks. Additionally, it is possible to configure advanced operation parameters. The quick scan allows you to examine all files excluding archived packages. There is a full check option for analyzing all hard drive contents.

Additional capabilities

This program offers users instruments for scanning active processes. An option to analyze the default HOSTS file and rollback unauthorized changes is provided. Users can check all cookies and browser temporary data as well as scan the registry. A system notification will pop up when a new threat is detected.
