SPlayer is a Windows software for watching movies, online video clips and streams. You can adjust playback speed, switch between multiple audio tracks and mute the sound. There are options for rotating the window in 90 degree increments.

Main capabilities

This program offers users instruments for playing video files in various formats such as AVI, MPG, MKV, MOV, FLV and many other common file types. Similar to VLC Media Player, all required media codecs are already integrated in the utility. It is not necessary to install any additional third-party software for watching movies.

After opening a video you can attach an external subtitle file to it or select one of the existing options. Supported formats include SRT, SSA and SUB. It is possible to take a screenshot of the main window and save it to the predefined directory. This location can be changed in the settings menu. There is a button for switching to other media files in the same folder as the current video.

Web browser

This section provides access to various online video platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TED, Coursera, Tencent Video and other websites. Moreover, users can add custom URL addresses to the list.
