This scientific software allows you to process and analyze nuclear magnetic resonance data. It is widely used in the academic research and teaching community.
SpinWorks
SpinWorks is a specialized Windows program for working with 1D, 2D and 3D NMR spectral data. It was developed at the University of Manitoba for processing information from various scientific instruments.
Overview
With the help of this tool researchers can analyze nuclear magnetic resonance spectral data. There is support for a wide range of scientific devices such as Varian Unity Inova 600, Bruker Avance III 400, Bruker Avance 300, and Bruker Avance III 500.
Similar to Interactive Petrophysics, the software includes versatile quantNMR and reaction monitoring modules. You are able to switch between multiple detection modes such as States TPPI, Single Detection and Echo-antiecho. The JCAMP DX format is compatible with SpinWorks as well.
Data processing
Users can load optimized parameters and apply the current profile to any dataset. It is possible to run NUMERICAL simulations and save the results to a separate text file for further analysis.
Tools for correcting the baseline drift are provided. This functionality is helpful for achieving more accurate simulation results. Additionally, you are able to reverse 1D spectrum graphs and convert the waveforms to raw values.
