Snapshot Viewer is a Windows software for working with Microsoft Access databases. Users can open previously saved snapshots and compare information with the current version.

Viewing options

This program provides instruments for displaying and sharing full or partial database snapshots. There is support for Access 97 through 2007. An option to transfer the snapshot to Internet Explorer 3.0 or newer is available. This feature is helpful for viewing the data without installing Access. It requires activating ActiveX support in the browser.

Please note that Snapshot Viewer is obsolete and no longer supported by the developer. It is impossible to interact with modern databases.

Report sharing

There are flexible instruments for sending the information to other people. Moreover, you can print the snapshot for manual editing. An option to export the data to the standard HTML file and share it online is included as well.

Users are able to embed the report into an email message with the help of Microsoft Outlook. It is worth mentioning that the resulting filesize has to be under 25 Mb, otherwise the package cannot be shared via email.
