SMSCaster is a Windows program for organizing SMS marketing campaigns. There are tools for creating and managing multiple contact lists. Additionally, users are able to receive and process response messages from clients. Please note that the free trial version of SMSCaster has limited functionality.
How it works
It is necessary to connect a compatible mobile phone via one of the COM ports in the computer. The brand, model, IMEI, battery charge level and signal strength will be displayed in the main window. The next step is to add new contacts to the list of recipients.
You can compose SMS messages in the corresponding tab. There are buttons for inserting special characters and variables into the text. The maximum number of symbols is 160.
Other applications for sending SMS from the computer like SMS Bomber are available for download.
SMS distribution
After creating the message and adding all recipients to the list users are instructed to click the Start button to begin sending SMS immediately. Alternatively, it is possible to schedule future distribution sessions.
An option to receive responses from clients is included. You can create custom contact groups for easier navigation and management as well.
