Description

This application allows scientists to read and process information collected by specialized microplate readers made by Thermo Fisher Scientific. It is possible to import files from a hard drive, network location or cloud storage service. Integrated tools for security and integrity control are designed to prevent intentional or accidental data tampering.

You can merge information from several sources. This functionality is helpful for improving data visualization accuracy on automatically generated graphs.

Data analysis

There is an online collection of validated sessions and protocols. Users are able to utilize this information to perform various tasks with real data. Similar to BMDS, instruments for conducting parallel line and dose response analysis operations are provided. Additionally, there is an option to calculate enzyme kinetics.
