SJphone is a Windows utility that enables users to organize virtual audio meetings with two or more participants. It automatically encrypts sensitive data, preventing potential leaks. Additionally, there are tools for creating and managing the contact list.

Communication capabilities

The software fully supports the SIP protocol, empowering you to register with various VoIP service providers. Sliders to tweak the output audio volume and microphone gain are provided as well.

Users can set a personal status that will be viewable to other people. Similar to MobileVoIP, there is an option to forward calls and organize conferences. All output sounds may be quickly muted as well, facilitating personal privacy when necessary.

Configuration

You are able to hide the real Caller ID during outgoing calls. Advanced NAT mapping parameters such as the target method and timeout are available. Additionally, there are flexible keyboard shortcuts for performing various actions such as:

Accessing the contact list;
Opening call logs;
Redialing the last number, etc.

The default playback, recording and ringing audio devices can be manually selected in the Settings menu. This is helpful for configuring complex sound setups with multiple outputs.
