Singularity is a Windows utility for managing personal and business tasks. There are instruments for scheduling meetings and synchronizing personal data with Google Calendar. Similar to PomoFocus, users can boost productivity and focus with the help of the integrated Pomodoro timer.

Task management

You can create projects with multiple sublevels to structure the work as needed. It is possible to drag and drop tasks to reorder them. There is a checkbox system for marking jobs as completed or failed.

Tools for importing personal information from other planners such as Todoist, TickTick, Wunderlist, Trello and Asana are included. This functionality is helpful for switching to Singularity without losing the previous work.

There are instruments for increasing productivity by pre planning break intervals. Users can track job progress with included statistics and charts as well.

Interface

The program lets you add a due date, set a custom priority level and assign multiple tags to the task. Flexible keyboard shortcuts and voice commands can be used for controlling the app. Three visual themes and various font settings are available.
