SHOUTcast DSP is a Windows program that allows you to convert the Winamp media player into an advanced streaming application, so that other users connected to the Internet can listen to your music.

Installation

Setting up an online radio station might sound like a very hard job, but with this utility, it should be a matter of a few mouse clicks. It is necessary to note that you might have to manually enable this plugin in the Winamp preferences menu, if you have not done so during the installation procedure.

The most difficult part of getting the plugin to work with the media player is correctly configuring the settings in the Output tab so it can successfully connect. The program comes with a non-legacy mode that makes it compatible with older versions of the SHOUTcast servers.
