Shareaza is an open source file sharing client for Windows. The utility allows you to download movies, games, books and other content from torrent trackers. It is also possible to give other users access to files stored on your local hard drive. Gnutella, Gnutella2, eDonkey2000, BitTorrent, DC++, FTP and HTTP protocols are supported.

Storage

After installing the program, the initial setup wizard will start. You have an option to select the type of network connection, and also the speed of receiving and transmitting data. Then you can specify the folders that should be shared with other users. A built-in file manager is available to help sort content by category.

Search

The utility allows you to search and download games, TV shows, videos and other files. Similar to Download Accelerator Plus, this software contains a manager function with which you can control the process. The application supports simultaneous reception of data from several networks. In addition, it is possible to search for content by hash sums.

Communication

The tool includes an IRC client with which you can exchange text messages in real time. It is also possible to fill out a profile and set an avatar. It is worth noting that you are able to send and receive private messages.
