Seven Remix XP is a program for Windows XP that contains instruments for changing the operating system interface design. Users can convert various visual components to the corresponding Windows 7 versions.

Setup process

After running the included executable file you are able to select components that will be installed. Please note that this software is intended only for Windows XP and cannot be started in any modern OS. It is necessary to reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.

How it works

This utility offers users multiple options for personalizing the visual appearance of the Windows XP interface. Similar to Ultimate Windows Tweaker, the wallpaper, screensaver, icons, mouse cursors, system audio files and many other elements can be automatically replaced. Moreover, it is possible to resize the taskbar buttons to better fit the new design. Boot and logon screens are customizable as well. Additionally, several alternative skins for further personalization can be installed.

There is an option to create a system restoration point before performing any operations. This functionality is helpful for rolling back the changes in case of technical issues.
