ScenalyzerLive is a Windows application that allows you to capture the signal and record video from a DV camera. It is possible to specify the maximum size of the clip and its duration. There is an option to select audio and video codec. To control playback, the program duplicates buttons from the controls located on the body of the camcorder.

Recording

After launching the program, you need to connect the device to the computer and select the signal source. It is possible to import video from the camera or record it in real time.

There is an option for automatic division of footage into several scenes. You can select to crop clips by timecode or changing pictures. In the first case, the moments operator started, paused and resumed shooting are taken as the intervals. The utility allows users to specify the maximum size or duration of the video.

It is possible to control playback using the soft buttons located on the toolbar.

Processing

The program provides a toolbox for editing clips and montage after recording. Users can separately save audio tracks and the video sequence. You may combine several videos into one and remove unnecessary fragments.
