San Andreas Mod Loader is a Windows application for integrating and organizing GTA San Andreas add-ons. There is support for various types of mods including textures, models, sounds and scripts.

Installation instructions

You are instructed to unpack the contents of the downloaded archive to the main game directory. The plugin works with any variation of GTA San Andreas, including the Steam edition and downgraded version. It is compatible with GTA Vice City and GTA III as well. Please note that the add-on requires a third-party ASI loader for using it.

Mod management

New plugins can be quickly integrated into the game by copying files into the Modloader folder. There is support for multiple mod formats like ZIP, RAR, 7Z, IMG and other types. Users are able to organize add-ons into subdirectories for easier navigation.

It is possible to disable individual mods by adding an OFF extension to their respective filenames. Moreover, attaching numbers to them allows you to change the default loading order.

A log file is automatically created in the GTA San Andreas location. It contains detailed records of all actions performed by the plugin and any errors encountered during gameplay.
