Riva FLV Encoder is a Windows app for turning video files into Flash Video format. You are able to convert AVI, MPEG and WMV clips.

Main functionality

The tool offers users a variety of conversion parameters. It is possible to resize the video and apply the deinterlacing filter to it. Picture quality can be adjusted to control the size of the final file. Users can choose the destination directory for the FLV file.

You are able to specify the offset in seconds to skip the beginning of the video. Moreover, the overall duration of the FLV clip can be selected. Cropping the picture from every side is possible as well. There is an option to create a series of still images from the video source.
