Using this cloud based professional water management platform you can monitor, program and control various types of smart irrigation systems from RainBird.
RainBird
RainBird is a Windows web service for interacting with complex irrigation systems. It allows users to save time and money by scheduling automatic activation of sprinklers and valves to control the water flow. Please note that RainBird is distributed on a commercial basis. There is no free trial version.
Configuration
After registering in the system you can add new locations and controllers to the list. It is possible to change the time zone and enter detailed descriptions for separate sites. There is an option to specify the weather information source as well.
Like in Garden Planner, users are able to set custom areas for trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers and other exterior zones. Instruments for scheduling regular watering sessions are included. There is support for a wide variety of sprinklers, emitters, rotors and bubblers from RainBird.
Map
You can draw water management zones on a satellite map. Several sources for the geographical data like Esri, Google Maps and MapBox are available. This functionality is helpful for planning pipe routes as well as correctly positioning sprinklers, pumps and other irrigation system components.
