RAGS Suite is a Windows application for developing computer games. It is possible to design multiple characters, enemies, rooms and items. Users are able to play the resulting game in a web browser without having to download anything.

Development process

After starting the program you can create playable characters with customizable attributes. The next step is to design rooms and levels. There are instruments for developing unique enemies and bosses that can be placed anywhere in the game world.

Similar to GameMaker, a collection of clipart images, backgrounds and other visual elements is included. Users are able to combine several pictures to generate new objects. Moreover, it is possible to import new graphics in several popular formats from the hard drive.

Additional functionality

You can manage previously created RAGS games. There are buttons for exporting, editing and deleting individual titles. An option to run the game in the default web browser to test its performance is available as well.

Tools for creating multiple endings for the story line are included. This way players can have different experiences on every playthrough.
