QuarkXpress is a Windows program for creating printing product layouts. Users can insert GIF, JPG, PSD and EPS images into the project.

Main capabilities

This professional software contains instruments for designing flyers, brochures, magazine pages and other print media. You are able to import and edit illustrations. Flexible color correction tools are available.

Similar to Affinity Publisher, there are various export options. It is possible to convert the project to an HTML page for publishing online. Alternatively, users can save the layout in multiple popular file formats.

Additional functions

An integrated spell checking engine allows you to find and automatically fix all grammatical errors. Dictionaries for any language can be installed.

Users are able to merge all pages and export the project as an ePub package. There are options for quickly generating a table of contents.

Content collaboration instruments are included. You can edit the document together with other people, leave personal notes and exchange messages.

It is worth noting that QuarkXpress is a paid application. A free 7-day trial version is available.
