qimgv is a Windows program that enables you to interact with digital photos. There is support for a wide range of popular formats such as JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF and TIFF. Additionally, basic graphics editing instruments are available.

Viewing capabilities

The main interface is intuitive and free of clutter, which minimizes distractions and allows users to fully focus on the content. Source pictures can be imported by dragging and dropping them into the workspace.

You are able to easily navigate through media directories with flexible keyboard shortcuts, muse gestures or the scroll wheel. This makes browsing large collections quick and efficient. Furthermore, there are tools to adjust various visual parameters such as:

Scaling mode;
Aspect ratio;
Background color and more.

Graphics editing

Similar to IrfanView, users can rotate the currently opened photo in 90 degree increments and crop it according to project requirements. Moreover, it is possible to flip the canvas horizontally or vertically. Individual images may be resized as well.

The Preferences menu allows you to tweak default hotkeys and enable smooth scrolling. Additionally, there are flexible export quality parameters for JPEG files.
