PS3 Save Resigner is a Windows utility intended to work with PS3 save files. Users can create new player profiles and move the data between them.
Re-signing PS3 files

Every game installed on PlayStation 3 is associated with a specific PSN account, also known as a profile. To copy a save from one game system to another, some file modification has to be done. This program helps you to perform the necessary operations.
The utility only works with PS3 files. To modify and upload games to PS2 users can download Open PS2 Loader.
Installation process
The tool comes in a zip archive that can be unpacked to any location on your PC. Some additional Microsoft software has to be installed before running the app. The folder called Mandatories contains the executable files for that.
How it works
First it is necessary to create a new profile in the program with your Account ID and Console ID. Values of these parameters can be found inside the param.sfo file located in every save folder.
After configuring the account settings, users can load a save item by clicking “Open – Single gamesave” in the main window. The final step is to press the Resign button for associating the files with the new profile.
