ProWORX 32 is a Windows program that lets you develop projects for PLCs made by Modicon. It is possible to configure and test every module and deploy the results to the manufacturing hardware.

Installation

The main program has to be set up in the system prior to updating. Additionally, it is necessary to have MDAC 2.5 or newer and Internet Explorer.

Users are instructed to run the included executable file for integrating Service Pack 2. The next step is to select the main language. After specifying the directory where ProWORX 32 is located users can click the Install button for setting up the update.

Main functionality

This highly specialized software development utility allows you to code new applications for programmable logic controllers manufactured by Modicon. It uses all available memory, processor speed and other system resources for delivering optimal performance.

Older Modsoft and Concept projects can be automatically converted to a modern standard. This feature helps users quickly and efficiently transition to the new version.
